Deployment: Invicti Platform on-premises

Invicti Platform on-premises overview

Invicti Platform on-premises is a self-hosted deployment designed for organizations that need full control over data, infrastructure, and security configurations. It runs entirely within the organization’s environment and doesn't require a constant internet connection, though certain features may depend on external connectivity.

  • Website discovery
Website Discovery is available but requires a constant internet connection. Without connectivity, this feature isn't going to function.

  • PCI ASV scanning
PCI ASV scans aren't supported in the on-premises version. Although the PCI ASV option may still appear in the user interface, it can't be used for compliance scans.

  • AI-aided DAST
AI-aided DAST capabilities aren't available in on-premises deployments.

  • Scan agents
Internal scan agents aren’t supported. All scanning operations are performed by scanners installed together with the main on-premises deployment.

  • Out-of-Band (OOB) detection
OOB detection may require an internet connection, depending on configuration and detection methods used for callback verification.

  • Engine updates
In order to get latest security checks and detections, customers need to upgrade their installation when a new version is available.

  • Integrations
Integrations with external services such as Jira, Azure, or Slack are supported only if the on-premises instance has outbound and inbound connectivity for bi-directional integrations.

  • Data storage and residency
All data is stored and processed locally within the organization’s infrastructure, providing full control over data residency and access.
