Deployment: Invicti Platform on-demand, Invicti Platform on-premises
For on-premises deployments, your Invicti instance must be network-accessible from your ServiceNow instance.
ServiceNow Vulnerability Response integration
Connect Invicti Platform to ServiceNow Vulnerability Response so ServiceNow can pull your scan findings into one workflow for triage and remediation.
ServiceNow Application Vulnerability Response is part of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. It gives you a single place to manage and respond to application vulnerabilities by importing scanner findings and mapping them to Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE).
This document explains where to access the Invicti integration for ServiceNow and where to find the full ServiceNow setup instructions.
Why this matters
Without this integration, your team has to move vulnerability data manually between platforms. With the ServiceNow plugin connected to Invicti Platform API credentials, ServiceNow imports findings directly and keeps your vulnerability workflow in one place.
Integrate Invicti Platform with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
Invicti Platform doesn't include a dedicated ServiceNow Vulnerability Response configuration page. You install and configure the integration plugin in ServiceNow.
Before you start, make sure the plugin is installed in ServiceNow and you have valid Invicti Platform API credentials. For instructions, refer to the Manage your API key document.
To connect ServiceNow to Invicti Platform, you provide API credentials from Invicti Platform in the ServiceNow plugin settings. Most setup and testing steps happen on the ServiceNow side because ServiceNow provides and maintains the plugin.
This integration uses a one-way sync. ServiceNow pulls vulnerability data from Invicti Platform into Vulnerability Response, and Invicti Platform doesn't push updates back to ServiceNow.
The Invicti Vulnerability Integration app is available on the ServiceNow Store.
For setup steps, configuration requirements, and operational details, refer to the ServiceNow Invicti Vulnerability Integration documentation.
Troubleshooting
ServiceNow can't connect to Invicti Platform
Confirm that your Invicti Platform URL and API credentials are correct in the ServiceNow plugin settings. For on-premises deployments, also confirm that your Invicti instance is reachable from your ServiceNow network.
The ServiceNow documentation link doesn't load
ServiceNow documentation pages can be affected by cookies, sign-in state, or region-specific redirects. If the link doesn't open, first open the ServiceNow documentation home, then search for Invicti Vulnerability Integration.
