Filter and sort
Invicti AppSec provides filtering and sorting options across list views throughout the platform. You can narrow down large data sets and organize results to focus on what matters most.
Filters
Many list views include filtering options to help you find specific data. Look for the Add a filter button above list views to access available filters.
Apply filters
To filter a list:
- Look for the Add a filter button above the list view.
- Click Add a filter to see available filter options.
- Choose your filter criteria:
- Text fields - Enter specific values (like domain names or IP addresses)
- Dropdowns - Select from predefined options
- Date pickers - Choose date ranges for time-based filtering
- Number controls - Set numeric ranges or counts
- The list updates automatically to show only items matching your criteria.
You can apply multiple filters simultaneously. When you combine filters, the list shows only items that match all active filter criteria.
Clear filters
To remove individual filters, look for the × button next to each active filter.
To clear all active filters at once, look for the Reset filters option near the filter controls.
Sort
Most list views support sorting by clicking column headers. All major sections include sortable columns:
- Discovery: Website discovery, API discovery, API sources
- Inventory: Targets, Projects, API catalog, Products, Collections
- Vulnerabilities: All vulnerability list views
- Technologies: Technology listings
- Scans: DAST scans, Schedules, PCI scans, Agents
- Reports: Report listings
How sorting works
Click a column header to sort the list by that column in ascending order. Click it again to switch to descending order. An arrow icon next to the column header indicates the active sort direction.
You can only sort one column at a time. Sorting doesn't affect any active filters.
