View scan calendar
The scans calendar displays all scheduled scans for the current month and scans performed in previous months in a monthly calendar view. Use this page to get an overview of your scan activity and schedule new scans.
Navigate to the scans calendar
- Select Scans from the left-side menu.
- Click the Calendar tab.
Calendar overview
The calendar shows a summary for each day, including:
- Scanner bars: a visual breakdown of the most frequently used scanning tools for that day.
- Completed count: the number of scans that finished on that day (for past dates and today).
- Scheduled count: the number of scans scheduled for that day (for future dates and today).
Use the year and month dropdowns in the top-right corner to navigate to a different month.
View day details
Click any day in the calendar to open a detailed view showing all scans for that day.
For past dates, the detail view shows completed scans. For future dates, it shows scheduled scans. For the current day, you can switch between Completed and Scheduled tabs.
Completed scans columns
| Column | Description |

| Tool | The scanning tool used. |
| Project | The project associated with the scan. |
| Branch | The branch that was scanned. |
| Status | The completion status. |
| Completed at | The time the scan finished. |
Scheduled scans columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Tool | The scanning tool to be used. |
| Project | The project associated with the scan. |
| Branch | The branch to be scanned. |
| Frequency | The scan schedule (for example, daily, weekly, hourly). |
| Runs at | The scheduled time for the scan. |
You can filter the day detail view by scanner or project.
Schedule a scan
You can schedule a new scan by clicking the + icon on a future date. For more information, see Schedule a scan.
Export calendar data
Click Export to export the calendar data. You can choose to export:
- All scans: both completed and scheduled scans.
- Completed scans only: scans that have finished.
- Scheduled scans only: upcoming scans.
You can also filter the export by scanner and project.
