View user permissions for project

To view the permissions of a user assigned to a project:

1. Select Inventory  > Projects from the left side menu.
2. Click the project name to open the project dashboard.
3. Select the Settings tab  > User management.
4. Locate the user and click View Permissions on the right side.
5. The permissions modal displays all resource categories and their access levels, such as:

• Read
• Write
• Delete
• Export

note

If you have write permission for User management, you can also edit permissions directly from this view.

7. Click Save to apply your changes.

Reset permissions to default

To revert a user's permissions to the default settings for their role:

1. Select Inventory  > Projects from the left side menu.
2. Click the project name to open the project dashboard.
3. Select the Settings tab  > User management.
4. Locate the user and click View Permissions on the right side.
5. Click Reset to Default.

This removes any custom permission changes and restores the default access levels defined by the user's role.
